If you have a Panel Project or Honeycomb Core requirement, there is certain basic data we will need to prepare your quotation. These are typically:

For Lightweight Panels:

  • Panel Application
  • Maximum Operating Temperature
  • Panel Size
  • Panel Thickness
  • Preferred Skin Material
  • Preferred Core Material
  • Loading Conditions
  • Target Weight
  • Quantity
  • Delivery Location

For Honeycomb Core:

  • Honeycomb Core Application
  • Maximum Operating Temperature
  • Honeycomb Core Sheet Size
  • Honeycomb Core Sheet Thickness
  • Preferred Honeycomb Core Material
  • Expanded Sheets or Unexpected Slices (Aluminium Honeycomb Only)
  • Target Weight
  • Quantity
  • Delivery Location

PLEASE NOTE: For ‘one off’ projects we typically have a £500 or 15sqm Minimum Order Qty (MOQ). This can be reviewed for Prototypes to prove design concept for volume production.
